[DutchPay] Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the DutchPay application (the “Application”) provided by JustKeepGoing (the “Service Provider”) for mobile devices. The service is offered free of charge, may include in-app advertising (AdMob), and is provided on an “AS IS” basis.

1. Information Collected & Use

The Application can be used without registration or login and does not require you to directly provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. However, for app operation, quality improvement, and ad delivery, certain information may be automatically collected through your device and third-party SDKs (e.g., Google AdMob).

Examples of automatically collected information: device information (model, OS version), app usage data, crash/diagnostic logs, advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA), IP address (in some environments), and ad impression/click/performance data.

This information may be used to (1) operate and provide the Application, (2) analyze errors and improve stability, and (3) deliver ads and measure ad performance.

2. Precise Location

The Application does not collect precise, real-time location data of your device.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information or disclose it to third parties at its discretion. However, third-party SDKs such as Google AdMob may process device identifiers, ad-related information, and diagnostic data to provide ads and measure performance.

4. Data Retention

The Service Provider does not directly store or retain your personal information. Automatically collected information may be processed and retained according to the policies and systems of third-party services (e.g., Google AdMob).

5. Opt-out

You can stop any data collection by uninstalling the Application using your device’s standard uninstall processes or via the app marketplace.

6. Children

The Application does not knowingly collect data from, or market to, children under 13. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to supervise their children’s internet usage. If you believe a child has provided personal information via the Application, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. In some countries, you must be at least 16 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to allow processing of personal information.

7. Security

The Service Provider strives to protect your information. The Application does not directly collect personal data, and any automatically collected information may be protected according to the security policies of third-party service providers.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
