This Privacy Policy applies to the RaceBalls application (the “Application”) provided by JustKeepGoing (the “Service Provider”) for mobile devices. The service is offered Free and provided on an “AS IS” basis.

The Application does not collect personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required to use the Application.

2. Precise Location

The Application does not collect precise, real-time location data of your device.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

No data is shared with third parties because the Application does not collect personal information.

4. Opt-out

You can stop any data collection by uninstalling the Application using your device’s standard uninstall processes or via the app marketplace.

5. Children

The Application does not knowingly collect data from, or market to, children under 13. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to supervise their children’s internet usage. If you believe a child has provided personal information via the Application, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. In some countries, you must be at least 16 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to allow processing of personal information.

The Service Provider strives to protect your information. However, because the Application does not collect personal data, there is effectively no risk of unauthorized access to such data.
